While using the xl4015 platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and treat other users with respect. Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, software exploitation, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited on the platform. Harassment, intimidation, or abusive language directed at other users is not permitted. Depositing funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources into an xl4015 account is a criminal offence, and xl4015 is obligated to report such activity to the relevant authorities. If any suspicious activity is detected, xl4015 reserves the right to investigate or suspend the account without prior notice.

It is the user's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing any bets or participating. If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, xl4015 reserves the right to void or restart it. xl4015 also reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify any platform feature, particularly during maintenance or upgrade periods.
All financial transactions on xl4015 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply as stated on the platform and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process, depending on your chosen payment method. To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specific wagering requirements outlined for each individual bonus.
Xl4015 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service disruptions may occur due to technical issues, server maintenance, internet connectivity problems, or unforeseen circumstances, and xl4015 is not obligated to provide compensation for such disruptions. xl4015 accepts no liability whatsoever for financial losses incurred through betting or gaming, as these are inherently risk-based activities. If an account has been suspended in error, the user may appeal by contacting our support team. Inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance charge to cover administrative costs. Any eligible remaining balance in a permanently closed account will be returned to the user's verified payment method, except where the closure is due to a breach of these terms.
